Mayfair Office Business Centre provides companies with everything they need to have a London-based business, without needing their own office in London.

In addition to Internet searches, much of Business Centre's new business is driven by newspaper adverts. It was known that potential clients would often visit the website before getting in touch directly.

Business Centre wanted a fresh site to generate business by enhancing their image and promoting their range of services. They wanted the site to show visitors how their business could benefit from a prestigious London location.

They enlisted Dan Wood, a freelance marketing specialist, who proposed working with RCW to deliver the site. Dan provided the concept, look and feel of the site and the copy, and liased with Business Centre during the development. RCW worked to turn their ideas into reality.

The key to the site is in enabling visitors to identify immediately if Business Centre provides the services they want and, if so, to navigate easily to the more detailed information they require.

As client's requirements are often quite complex, it is unlikely many would sign-up to services on-line. A confidential, no-obligation quotation request form provides a risk-free way for potential clients to act immediately upon their interest, and enables Business Centre to capture their contact details.

The home page features an appealing 'Flash' graphic, which highlights the prestigious London location. Business Centre want visitors to know that the site is up-to-date. This is achieved, and the location reinforced, by the scrolling London news headlines. These are provided by a third-party website, and are automatically updated twice a day.

As many of Business Centre's clients are from overseas, the rates page includes a currency converter enabling them to easily see the costs in their own currency.
